The Innovation Centre, a listed building, was formerly the Stable Block for the Conyngham Hall. Following extensive refurbishment, in 1999, it was converted to provide 12 office/ workshop units.

All of the units have their own characteristics, including exposed beams and original stable partitions. The units are all self-contained at both ground and first floor level with access gained from an external courtyard.

The development provides accommodation for businesses in high-growth sectors, primarily involved in Promoting Innovation, Know How and Technology Transfer.
